Process
Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party, known as a mediator, assists disputing parties in negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution to their conflict. The mediator facilitates communication, helps clarify issues, and explores potential solutions, but does not impose a decision or judgment. The goal of mediation is to reach a voluntary, negotiated agreement that resolves the dispute without the need for formal litigation or arbitration. It is commonly used in various types of legal disputes, including civil, family, and commercial matters.
Settlement Solutions is available to handle a variety of mediation cases.
